Shipping Policy
We take great care to ensure your order is packed with love and is well protected for its journey to you. We certainly hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us.
If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us at hello@amylousampson.com within 48hrs of receiving your package and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
We believe in the quality of our products and so may request proof of receipt and use.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, digital products or courses.
We handle all cancellations on a case-by-case basis and request 14 days notice for any cancellations of physical products.
